Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Lutheran High Northwest. Our Admissions Department is committed to supporting and guiding you through our admissions process. You can learn a lot about LHNW by checking out our Frequently Asked Questions.

Beyond that, the best way to learn more about LHNW is to schedule a time to visit the school for an individual tour.

Individual Tours & Shadowing Opportunities

Visiting the school and taking an individual tour can be an important step in learning about LHNW. Walking through the halls can help families get a feel for the environment whether it be during or after school.

Shadow days begin in November this year. Potential students are encouraged to spend a full day or half day at LHNW shadowing a current student to get a feel for what it’s like to be a Crusader. Your student is welcome to shadow any day of the week we are in session. If they are interested in going to Chapel, they should plan to come on a Tuesday or Thursday. The school day begins at 8:25am on Monday and 7:55am on Tuesday through Friday. Please plan to drop your student off at the front office 10 minutes before school starts. Lunch will be provided and you can pick up your student at 3:10pm on Monday through Thursday and 2:30pm on Friday.

Enrollment & Financial Aid
Once you have made the decision to join the LHNW family the enrollment process can begin. For students who attend a LCMS Lutheran grade school, click below to see your registration process. Before starting the process below, students who did not attend a LCMS Lutheran grade school, need to schedule a family interview with the LHNW principal, Mr. Matt Tschudy and submit two letters of recommendation from teachers and administrators at your current school. To submit your letters of recommendation and schedule a family interview, please contact:

At Lutheran High Northwest we believe that cost of attendance should not be a deter a family from being interested in enrolling. For this reason, we offer need based financial aid to qualifying families.
